I enjoyed this until the asymmetrical lean began when it was said, “When you denounce other groups as both unimportant and as threatening, that is the kind of dehumanization that's particularly likely to lead to political violence. And he does that over and over with particular groups, immigrants, women, and so on.”

The left has done just as much of this if not more and much earlier before Trump was even running president. This is not to say either side should engage in schoolyard name calling but to lay all this at the feet of Trump, you begin to join the cacophony of flame fanning which you so well described.

I thought the statement was about Hillary and her "deplorables" comment.
