Here is my problem - not everything ANY candidate does is all wrong or all correct. The question to be asked is what is the overall record, what missteps, what correct steps. Overall, Walz has not performed admirably. As enumerated by one of the comments here (& thank you to that commenter!):

"As with Trump, there is a lot one has to ignore in order to support this guy. The difference being that his decisions have led to an erosion of prosperity, safety, and major social division. Where Trump lets people keep their hard earned cash, and despite his "weirdness" has support across many different walks of life. It is hard to look past Minnesota's current overly progressive, anti police crime, poverty, DEI, gender insanity etc"
