It seems that when some (not all) immigrant men, either those who are born in the new country or arrived there with their parents, especially in France, can't find work for whatever issues - skills/language? - in these isolated neighborhood bubbles, they become criminals. I think employment and immigrant neighborhood bubbles need to be addressed ethically. The prevailing forces of the hosting country need to penetrate these neighborhoods based on the values of the hosting country, not the values of the immigrants. Who cares what religion they are, if they are breaking the law they need to be thrown out. It's a disgrace to England to aid and abet criminals for their votes.
