Daniel Penny should not spend a day in jail. He should not even be on trial. Why bother being a good samaritan? Why would anyone stick their neck out to help anyone when this happens? The man was violent and frightening people. Where were the police? So this young man who innocently tried to help is now on trial. And the only reason is because he's white and the victim was black. Who gives a 💩 that witnesses said the victim was crazy violent. This is why we need psychiatric hospitals. These people have to be kept locked in wards and medicated. Severe psychiatric conditions do exist.
