How fortunate the FP is to have the talents of Ms. Kearns. If only it were possible to write with a Scottish brogue.

Most of us are very happy to have a LEADER...even if he ruffles the feathers of all those sensitive (hateful, lying) Democrats!

One has only to examine the results of human migration studies such as the National Geographic Society's scientific "Genographic Project" to know that our species migrates continually. Currently our nation is one of the places on earth with a high rate of immigration. However, for our nation to continue to function, immigration must be legal. President Obama administered robust and secure immigration policies which President Trump continued. President Biden's administration erased key executive orders of both Obama and Trump administrations and allowed the highest level of illegal immigration in our history. These illegal immigrants were not screened for health issues or vaccination records during a global pandemic when U.S. citizens were mandated to be vaccinated against COVID-19. The unregulated flow of immigrants facilitated extensive criminal activity which continues to harm U.S. citizens and immigrants alike.

Most of us are immigrants or descendants of immigrants. Humans must migrate; nations must regulate and document immigration. We welcome immigrants, but we must enforce our own laws and use common sense. The course correction we are going through now is painful, heartbreaking, and expensive, but necessary. Our Congress needs to codify immigration laws that can be consistently enforced so that we don't vacillate from one administration to the next.

Get your facts straight, Free Press. The US has sent NO condoms to Gaza, or anywhere else in the Middle East for that matter:

Regarding Trump's signed executive order barring transgender individuals from serving in the military, there are practical as well as ideological grounds for this. First, trans individuals may qualify for expensive sex-reassignment surgery. Second, even if they have already medically transitioned, trans individuals are likely to need medical care for the rest of their lives, which cost will fall on the taxpayer if they are in the military or veterans. Also, gender dysphoria (and usually co-morbidities) is mental disorder that should be treated.

Biden’s policy of sending in condoms to Gaza surely must have attracted accusations of genocide from those kind-hearted progressives who are so keen to increase the population of their fellow Jew-haters.

Things are wild right now. Things are gonna be rough, esp. economically, but it's a small price to pay to fire all blacks and transgenders.

"Leavitt added that the Biden administration spent $50 million on condoms for Gaza, which Hamas terrorists reportedly used to create improvised explosive device-carrying balloons."

That has got to be the strangest, most messed up thing I've read in a long time.

What they actually found was funds 'earmarked' to be spent. This is being telephone gamed by folk who telephone in their news. I'd spend the money, but send large condoms labelled small.

"Short arm" was WW2 slang for ____ (rhymes with venus.) As in "Short arm inspection" for venereal disease. "Short arm! Spring it and skin it soldier!"

The "Short arm of Trump's Diplomacy." Hrrk! I almost spit coffee on my keyboard.

I think it's time for TFP to give up the very tired vibe shift groupspeak. Call it what it is, a return to the rule of law and common sense.

Trump has turned the fire hose on Washington DC and the Democrats are drowning in water. They can’t keep up. This obviously gives journalists lots of fodder, causing them to drink from the fire hose as well. Seeing the need to keep the pace as well by cranking out words. But as a reader, I don’t care to drink from the fire hose. So I’m going to be selective in what I consume from TFP.

With regard to the “federal spending freeze” outrage launched by the Democrats and the media. I say, go back and listen to yesterday’s Press Conference where it was made very clear that the freeze did not apply to payments to individuals. Also read the OMB memo that went out to all of the federal agencies directing them to pause spending only on issues covered by Trump’s EO’s, such as DEI. It also clearly stated that the freeze did not apply to payments to individuals. But alas, as expected, many bureaucrats in these agencies cannot read. So Trump will pause the spending freeze, regroup and move to plan B to achieve the objective. And Democrats and the media will take a victory lap, all the while wasting time and money and accomplishing zero.

You just “reported” exactly the same things I heard from the press sec yesterday. $50 miliion for condoms sent to Gaza. Now how about being a journalist who actually looks into it to determine if it’s true and accurate because I also saw a comment yesterday from an official who said it was not true and that the most ever distributed on birth control was something like $47,000 sent to Jordan. Since we can’t take anyone at their word anymore without verifying or validating, how about you try to play that role for us? Instead of passing on what someone else said, tell us that you’ve looked into it and determined what is accurate?

You say you’re independent journalists reporting what is true - show it.

While this doesn't address the current funds being sent to Gaza (and seriously, after sending 65 Billion to Iran, you doubt Joe would send 50 measly millions to Gaza?) it does show that condom bombs are a thing...
