Plastic surgery, of all the medical disciplines, is the first one to show a collective sense of morality and ethics?

*I realize there are many plastic surgeons doing legitimate and beneficial works all over the world (fixing cleft palates, working on severe burn victims, etc.), but the superficial nip-and-tuckers showing they’re not entirely morally bankrupt is definitely a happy surprise.
