WTF is wrong with these people. Plenty of blame to go around, starting with terrible parents, terrible governments (Waltz and Newsome come to mind), but no surgeon should ever be removing healthy breasts of girls under 13.
Exactly. But the parent and surgeon are convinced that she would kill herself if she had to endure the horror of the breasts as they ... ugh ... develop.
