Just three comments: 1. The Palestinian Authority, run by Mahmoud Abbas in the 20th year of a 4 year term sans elections, has received unbelievable sums of money in aid - and, like Hamas in Gaza, spends none of it on the Palestinian Arabs themselves. There should be no villages like the one in which he grew up because all they had to do is rebuild them with some of that money, work on building an economy and other non-belligerent goals. 2. There should be freedom to leave but there is not and I am not even trying to imagine a nirvana PA with freedom of speech and press in this place that tortures dissidents, pays terrorists and their families salaries for murdering Jews, and teaches kids to hate 3. I am someone who had an Israeli Arab doctor for the youth village I once ran who I considered a real friend, but most Israelis are understandably wary of renting apartments etc. to Arabs because that has been proven to be a possible, credible danger to their lives. Look up Lod, Acco, the mixed cities where the local friendly Arabs attacked local Jews several years ago, and remember that they can also be blackmailed with threats to their own families as my Arab cleaner of many years confessed to me several decades ago, causing us to part ways.

I hope this man and his family are able to safely leave. It's nice to see there's caring people here that are donating money to help him.

I am worried about this young man, but I am also worried about myself. I fear I am now a complete cynic. I live in a "free country" and would NEVER post my opinion about October 7 on social media, yet he lives in an oppressive fundamentalist society and didn't think twice about posting multiple times about his concerns for his Israeli friends? He seems too smart/too educated/too worldly to do something so naive. His interview seemed incredibly risky--why would he jeopardize his family? His life? Listening to this interview made me incredibly sad to realize that in this era of disinformation and misinformation, I don't know who or what to believe. Ten years ago I would have donated to his Go Fund Me. Today, I see grifters everywhere. He might be totally legit, but my BS radar really lit up with this story. God help us all.

So now people with balls are under suspicion, since they're so far out on the edge of the bell curve of accepted behavior. That's worrisome; it's how the other side wins.

“Hamas’s ultimate goal was to incite hatred, create division, and make peace seem impossible.” I couldn’t help but to think that this is an apt description of the Evil One’s playbook since he slithered his way through the Garden of Eden.

Thank you for this interview with a person of courage and determination, who has a highly developed sense of humanity and ethics. This contrasts markedly from the tripe and moral confusion we get from politicians, much of the media, many academics and other useful idiots. The interviewee rightly identifies Iran as the central player and puppet-master in the terror and death that is daily fare in the Middle East. This interview will be good to keep in mind as the spectacle of the Democratic Convention plays out in Chicago. Don't expect common sense and courage from inside the building, or sanity on the streets outside.

It goes to show the strengths and weaknesses of Liberalism. Just a single book brought him to a place of compassionate moderation. It shows a path toward peace, but the path is thwarted when violent individuals will silence anyone who disagrees.

It's quite a conundrum.

If all Palestinians had his mindset we'd have peace already back in 1948.

I hope he can make it out. He deserves better.

I truly hope our anonymous friend can get out and find a good job. If he can, I hope the FP can share that with us, of course without any identifying information that might endanger him.

Can Israel extract him?

"For context, among the 360,000 workers in the Israeli tech sector, there are only a few dozen Palestinians from the West Bank.)"

And this context might make it easier for his enemies to single him out. Sometimes less is better than more.

Indeed. And to be sure to get him, kill them all. Thus does the Muslim bloodline devolve itself into worse than animals --- into apes that slaughter and rape and kill children just for entertainment. More stupid every generation, slowly ratcheting down into animals that make animals shudder.

Who blocks Anon? American and British Jews frothing with rage about the "genocide."?

So Israel offered an internship. My own American U did Zero for me. I couldn't even get hired at a bookstore. Let alone construction site for which I was not suited. DaviD Broza stepped in in answer to his plea. That's pretty effing amazing. I thought the Israelis have an abiding hatred for Muslim and want to kill them all and raze al Aqsa. I don't really....just that the American Jews are so effing stupid. Especially the ones making common cause at the tentifadas. The Jews are still a ghettoized, traumatized people who can't even stand for ourselves. I agree with Mamet on UNHERD. So back to Anon.....he's been blocked. But he's doing just fine if Bari Weiss is interviewing him. He'd been torn apart by the mob at Columbia let alone Tulkarm. Best to him. May he live to build a free society for his people. But frankly I don't see that happening.

Dear Lisa Briggs....I don't see your kind comment here. "When they go low, we go high." So I will be a gentleman and refrain from answering your insult in kind.....though sorely tempted to....but remembering the sage words of Michelle O.....

What an amazing interview and what an incredible story. I do believe this man is sincere, and I hope he stays alive and lives a good life. I do want to point out that you missed an opportunity to get to the heart of why his experience was that he could not find anyone in Israel to rent to him. I assumed it was due to Israeli distrust and fear of terrorism, but others may assume it was just outright discrimination and mistreatment of Palestinian Arabs by Israelis. As we learned from 10.7, trust and friendship on the Israeli side was met with a con-job on the Gazan side to get pre-attack intel on the kibbutzim. What some Israelis have known all along was on full gruesome display on 10.7 — peaceful coexistence is possible when both sides truly desire it. There is no question that this is what Israelis have always desired. When the other side is predominantly driven by extremist religious ideology that calls for genocide of the Jewish people and the destruction of Israel no matter how many generations it takes, there is no way to make peace with such people who willingly embrace this destructive stance. As Golda so succinctly and prophetically stated—You cannot make peace with someone who has come to kill you, and “If the Palestinians lay down their weapons, there will be peace; if the Israelis lay down their weapons, there will be a massacre.” All still true fifty years later and more clear than ever. Strength and choosing Jewish life is not racism; it’s basic human survival, and it’s OK for Jews to engage in self-preservation.

There's just too much at stake for citizens to topple their own fascist rulers. History proves it usually takes a full foreign army to tear down that kind of regime and restore order. Honestly, this guy’s energy is better spent swaying public opinion—assuming he gets out in one piece.

If anonymous is only one of several dozen who live in the West Bank and work for an Israeli tech company, it will not be very hard for terrorists to locate and kill him. The terrorists devote resources to monitoring outside developments, and working to publicize their rotten cause. You know this interview is part of their reading list.

Propaganda and brainwashing the youngest minds, narrowly limiting access to the world, and instilling a false conception existence after death demonstrates the futile nature of negotiation.

We cannot deal with these terrorists. Anonymous clearly describes their Stone Age existence and devious nature. Israel has the right idea with Hamas. Kill them. Get rid of all of them, and after a few generations you might have reasonable people with whom to negotiate.
