Late to the party on this one. Good podcast. I liked her a lot more than I expected. I have an issue with someone who disdains ideology. I think that's the problem today with "conservativism". The original concept of freedom, tradition and rule of law has been completely lost, so now conservatives are Nazis. Not really.
Also, I don't agree with her about Tucker. I watched him evolve at Fox from when he first joined the network as a conservative talking head to a populist hack by the time he left. I think his whole schtick is about ratings and his values are negotiable.
I honestly had not pegged Megyn Kelly as a Trump supporter, especially after his personal attack on her in the first 2016 cycle debate. But clearly, she is much more of an opponent to Kamala Harris (and I fully agree with her reasoning).
What I don't get is how she addresses Trump's actions on 1/6. That got only the briefest of mention. But that question should have been asked. She is too smart not to know what trump tried to do.
Megyn Kelly is spot-on: Harris is not sensing the tone of our nation, recognizing a shift in sentiment, and pivoting back toward the middle. No evidence for that - at all. She is laying low, not delineating any plans or policies, talking gibberish at every opportunity. This is someone who will continue along the same path already set by Biden-Harris. And, come on - Biden clearly never "in charge", so whatever advisory panel that has been driving the current administration will continue as is. Probably go even further left as a win for Harris-Waltz will serve to embolden that whatever they are doing is working just fine. (what other conclusion could one draw?)
As the Middle East continues to boil, do we really think an even less-forceful and serious person will be helpful pandering the same policies? After listening to the Douglas Murray episode, these issues are even more important.
You guys need to turn up the volume on your podcasts. Maybe its just on Spotify, but your podcasts are significantly quieter than anything else I listen to.
What would prevent Megyn Kelly, Bari Weiss, MSNBC, and ABC hosting a couple of debates before the election? Am I hopelessly naive to even ask this question?

Otherwise, thanks for the interview.
Hey "Moynihan" -- nice blow job on Megyn. It sounded like you both enjoyed it.

The Dems would stop it , we all know the answer .
Megyn Kelly , always great down to earth person in a difficult time of emotional ideas . Thank you TFP.
Yes, you can see her legal training and logical thinking more clearly now than in the past. She has come into her own.
Breath of fresh air! Thanks.
