If you would like me to take advantage of the Thanksgiving subscription offer, don't you think it would be a good idea to provide a link to do just that? Also, since I am a current subscriber, wouldn't you want to say something like "To add our Thanksgiving Subscription discount offer to your current subscription click here!"
I got this offer "Last Call to Save 25% on Your Subscription" for a $60 annual sub but can only choose the $80 rate. Please advise how I can take advantage. Substack's chatbot had no clue what was going on. Thank you in advance.
Bari, started following you with Honestly in mid-2020...think I read every piece. Congrats this voice you've created has been validated many times, but perhaps never as clearly as on election day, when people spoke loudly from coast to coast.
I do not remember when I subscribed, but i think it was about this time last year. I am looking for a way to check my subscription status, but can't find a way. Also not sure how to give a gift subscription here??? Hello???
Perhaps this is akin to hitting the "reply all button" by mistake . . . someone was supposed to send the bargain offer only to the people on the limited free subscription list . . . not to already-full-paying folks. Mistakes happen, sadly all too often including collateral damage.
The first email I got about this said, if I recall correctly, that this offer is for new subscribers. And my email noted that I am a current subscriber. The 2nd email didn't make this clear, but I'd say that the first one did.
I am guessing someone just forgot to mention "first-time subscribers or gift subscriptions only" (with the unspoken subtext, "not you rubes already paying"). But hope springs eternal, so let's keep checking the comments for possible positive update.
I’d like to change from monthly to the discounted annual but it won’t allow me
Why was this sent to current subscribers who can not take advantage of the offer?
I signed up to take advantage of the 25% off Thanksgiving deal. I got charged $80. No discount was applied.
Where do we have online access to our accounts? I got the $60 offer at the same time I was charged $80 by the bariweiss substack account.
How do I unsubscribe?
I would pay for your $60 yearly rate, but there's no link to it. I am currently at $8/month.
I tried to get the $60 rate, but it only offered the $80 rate. What gives?

I hope I enjoy this subscription.

Would you please transfer my mistaken gift to a subscription, please, please.
