It's pretty simple. If the purpose of a group's existence is to "kill everyone of you" then that is a call for war. The side that calls the civilian shields before dropping bombs is civilized. The side that invades and FILMS the rape, torture, and killing of women, children, and other civilians so that there supporters can cheer them on are not civilized. What's to discuss?
