This sounds similar to Rapid Onset Gender Dysphoria..also an internet influenced craze. Social media should be treated like drugs and alcohol? Not until you are 21? I don’t know how we legislate it since the tech giants are too powerful at this point to voluntarily not sell to kids... but maybe start some PSA’s??

I had the same thought - this is very much like ROGD. Like Joe Horton I think that lawsuits rather than legislation will be the way out. Also, the ideology of "trans"/Radical Gender Theory needs to be combated.
Legislation is probably the wrong way to it since it invariably leads to unintended consequences.
As much as I am opposed to class action lawsuits, they were invented for just this purpose. When enough people who were bullied into becoming trans start to realize the truth, the suits will start. Defendants? Start with doctors who have a very low bar for operating, medical groups—including the AMA and APA for standing foursquare behind early “transitioning,” Boston Childrens’ Hospital and its ilk, even those who attack people like Abigail Schrier and J. K. Rowling, lonely voices of reason in a sea of insanity.
Surely the storm of controversy that would ensue—not to mention the number of dollars en prise—would at least start to tap the brakes on the craziness.
I agree- legislative cures are often worse then the problem-I am all for word of mouth and PSAs... if parents can be aware, they can take the proper action to prevent a lot of this.
I thought the same when reading this. Ted Kaczynski was right in that technology would be our downfall. The internet is most definitely addictive and yes, it can be helpful but when individuals are in a room full of people-perhaps real live friends-and you can not pry their phones from their hands because it is their source of validation, there is a real problem.
They have created products that are addictive and dangerous, and yet we laud them. Honestly I believe smoking is MUCH less dangerous then social media.
Yip Bruce you must read Gad Saad Parasitic Mind, it gives you a clear picture of how SM MSM, Democrats and corporations have invaded our minds. Zuckbucks is one example of the invasion, coupled with TDS syndrome you have the perfect storm. You only had to watch the lunatic speech from Brandon to see the parasites in full force. We have the midterms coming up please think before you vote.

What is a PSA besides a test for prostate cancer? I'm not joking. I'm serious.
They probably mean public service announcement.
Thanks

And then there were all those Zuck bucks spent in 2020. But they didn't improperly affect the election. Did they?
