I find it comical how the "mainstream" media are now denying she had any input on how to stem the flow at the border. I do believe she can win over prodigal democrats and independents that have drifted to the Republican side with only Biden as a choice. If she truly made all that money from small doners they are now vested and will vote. I suspect many of them planned on staying home with the choice of two dinosaurs'. Before the debate I told my husband that Trump should not debate Biden before he was the official nominee because Biden will go down in flames and the powers that be would force him out leaving the door open for either Kamala or another Dem and that would do serious damage to Trumps campaign. He poo poo'ed me. I think I missed my calling.. lol. She gave what I saw as a very well choreographed speech about Israel and for the first time in 10 years I saw someone that could deliver competence. If I had never seen the word salads she put together during the last 4 years I would be jubilant if I were a D. This is Trump's race to lose and knowing his track record I think I will wake up on a special Wed in November with 4 more years of open borders and nothing to hope for as far as stemming the uncontrolled inflation. I hope I am wrong.
I should clarify. She gave the appearance of competence. She has some good writers. I hope that folks can see her for what she is. A sycophant for the hard left. All I can do at this point is vote. Sometimes I figure it really does not matter because it seems like our votes go to the same entity. Those that seek and revel in power over the little guy.
The media's denials that Harris had anything to do with border policy may actually be factual. She may, in fact, have not lifted a finger or engaged at all in anything to do with the border. But that doesn't mean that she wasn't publicly directed by Pres. Biden to oversee border policy. It just means that she's a do-nothing slacker who took claims that the vice presidency is a do-nothing, ceremonial job to heart. What politician of her ilk hasn't looked at the VP job with longing? I know my former governor and congressman here in Florida, Charlie Crist, coveted the job like no other because it's a prestigious title without responsibilities.

There was never any intention to get the border under control. They're facilitating the migration.
