I did see the clip of Liz Cheney on 60 Minutes wherein she pronounced on the need for "law and order" --- as she supported Kamala Harris, the woman who:
- wrote the misleading synopsis effectively decriminalizing theft up to $950 in CA;
- mocked the fact that enough police on the street deters the type of crime she enabled as "just wrong";
-conspired to lift scores of United States border protections and barriers to encourage mass migration, illegally gaming the U.S. asylum system;
-sought to decriminalize illegally cross the U.S. border (Democrats "lower crime" by decriminalizing it. How clever is that? Want better graduation rates? Abolish the tests!)
-simultaneously allowed murderous Venezuelan gangs to enter the U.S. in large numbers and set up shop;
-after the fact " legalized" Haitians and others who enter the country illegally, then dropped them en masse on small U.S. towns;
-supports the weaponization of the law to pursue political opponents.
That's some "law and order" portfolio! Perhaps Cheney should tell that to the retailers who have had to close down in New York City and San Francisco because of rampant, unpunished crime, the homeless living in the streets, threatening people, and defecating and shooting up in front of their stores. Conventions no longer go to San Francisco, once a beautiful,welcoming city, because of endemic car break-ins and feces.
