Thank you for clarifying. It truly means so much .. There is a lot of misunderstanding when text is the main means of communication. Not only with language issues, but there is a complete lack of tone of voice, and spontaneity., and back and forth. I believe it is contributing to the extreme rise in hate on all sides .
