Trump supporters discount and explain away the multiple Trump administration officials ( including generals) who characterize him as anything from a moron, to a would-be fascist (or maybe both). Are these the same folks who think Trump won the 2020 election?
Of all the polls out there the cookie polls has been under reported. Bakeries in Florida, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Ohio and Hudson Valley New York sell Trump and Harris cookies. Some include a neutral cookie. As of the last 24 hours Trump cookie sales are ahead in each location. Hmmm could cookies call it? Or are Harris voters not cookie eaters? Nate Silver beware.
Dems need to regroup after this election, move past their lamentations, and have a come-to-God moment (quite literally) . They need to fess up to how far afield their party has drifted, and figure out what’s really important to average Americans. This may involve ejecting the crazies, abandoning the deep pockets of illiberal global elites, and rebuilding the party from the ground up with common sense pro American values.
Then, maybe, America will have a two party system that actually provides appealing alternatives .
In my simplistic view, the only argument for Vice President Harris is to adopt a thoroughly irrational -- repeat IRRATIONAL -- hatred for President Trump. Absent that, there’s not a single objective policy position or Biden/Harris “accomplishment” that would justify anyone voting for her. Not a single one.
Ben Shapiro’s closing argument is by far more solid than Harris’s. VP Harris is the “other” bubble to fill in, not the leader who inspires, but a leader of desperate alternative. What a shame. If progressive elites could only pause their vitriolic consumed panic and read this could they, would they change? I suppose not. The lure of a woke world is too strong. Thank you Ben for your cogent argument in favor of a Trump vote. Mr Harris, we heard nothing new unfortunately just more whining…
There is a palpable feeling of unease in the air now and I can't imagine anyone not committed by now, but, there are those types in a Republic. The closest feeling I can compare to is 1962 and the Cuban Missile Crisis. People everywhere were going about their days with a quiet unease not knowing what or if but hopeful. We attended school as normal but even in my HS class there was a lot of questioning the unknown. Then it went away.
I was in grade school in 1962. I remember being taught to shelter under my desk in case of an atomic bomb attack. Somehow this election is making me feel just about as well-covered as we were in those bomb-drills: Kiss your bottom good-bye. I do hope my misgivings are wrong, Trump prevails, and we don't have a second civil war.
Theres plenty of reasons to vote for Trump. But first and most important is to ensure the border gets closed. If Harris is elected, she will make all of the illegal's citizens, and we will have democrat rule forever. Look at what Regan did in California and look at it now. That will be our new reality. And it will be forever. Be smart today. Vote with your brain not your TDS.
Why is Sam Harris even a voice in this conversation? What does he add? What are his actual skills? Sam is profoundly unimpressive and lame quite frankly. I would hate to be at a table with him and his smug navel gazing.
In his closing argument, Sam insists that Kamala will govern as a moderate. What is this opinion based on? Kamala has voted and stated views that are to the left of the left. Her advisors include Socialists from the UK. I think his views are more fantasy and reality.
A free thinking fella named Sam
Urged the country to vote for his mam
But Kamala’s not Jewish
She’s black and she’s blue-ish
It seems the Harrises are a very large clan
With any luck, tonight will be the beginning of the American version of "The Count of Monte Cristo."
First X has technical difficulties, and now The Free Press? Must be the Ruskies

A lot of young people are coming out for Trump.

Joe Rogan endorses Trump…
How can you argue with that?
I think a debate between Vivek and Heather Cox Richardson would have been much better.
If you have not seen the debate between Vivek and John Bolton on YouTube, check it out.
This took me a week to listen to but was worth it, I learned so much!

It may just be time to get it all out in the open and see who stands where.
Yes, it's high time we start killing our neighbors and standing in the blood of our relatives...
Does that really sound better?
If that makes you happy, then go ahead on.
That's not a sane view...
You go ahead and struggle with it. End.

I rather enjoyed watching his eyes and veins bug out at the mention of Trump.
He's the worst. He's such a dork. Imagine living life like that and being praised as some sort of wellness expert. Give me a break.
I mean if this is Sam Harris' final argument, Kamala is super screwed. Yikes Sam!!!
