I did a very cursory survey of engineering graduates internationally which proved to be unintentionally hilarious. All surveys I found had Iran at least 10th in the world (or top 5) with Israel nowhere to be found. All surveys I found had Iran at least 10th in the world (or top 5) with Israel nowhere to be found. Considering Israel is home to research and manufacturing facilities for dozens and dozens of international hi-tech companies and develops and uses cutting edge military technology and Iran isn't and doesn't, perhaps quality matters more than quantity?
