Presidential Pardons: Biden's: The pardon of his family makes one suspect a criminal syndicate at play. Someday the truth will be known. Either he has been unfairly judged or he's the consummate crook. In all fairness, those that could be deemed crooked would be his family. As for Fauci, make your own determination. I have mine & I judge him harshly.
Trump's: The constitution requires that one is innocent until proven guilty. That the accused must be tried by an impartial judge & jury. Equally important the indictment & penalty must fit the crime. I find it unusual that of the 1500 indicted at least one or two were not found innocent. Most were guilty of trespassing & inane behavior. Many I suspect received sentences that were excessive & didn't fit the crime. I'm not an attorney but believe if tried in a federal court in D.C., my home town, & not progressive one is guilty until proven guilty! The Proud Boys & Oath Keepers are extremists. However, so is Antifa & they rioted, looted & burned including damage to a Federal Building. Their actions were excused/deemed peaceful protesting. Not only is there overt hypocrisy but two standards of law.
