Wow. You had a lot to say. You made assumptions about my reading habits and my political affiliation.

That said, I would like to bring up some points. No sitting President has questioned the results of an election. Candidates might complain but they cannot use the office of the presidency to try and affect the outcome. George HW Bush and Carter come to mind. Both one term presidents but when they lost, they graciously accepted it. Unlike Trump.

I do read Barr with skepticism. A man who considers a candidate unfit but would still vote for him because he belongs to the same party is a man who puts party before country. Two of the finest examples of committed citizens were both republicans, Bill Baker and Liz Cheney. I would also have to add Adam Kittinger in this group.

Both Mitch McConnell and graham had an opportunity to cast a vote to impeach trump. Mitch stated at the time that there were other avenues and that no man was above the law. I had more respect for the republicans who voted to impeach.

I would much rather see Liz Cheney as a candidate than the current crop of candidates.
