We have expectations for portfolio growth and it troubles us when those expectations are not met. And I think that is a large part of the reason why companies that are little more than pass-through mechanisms for money are unlikely to behave with moral centering. It is also a source of China's power, because its ability to shut off access to its consumer market would leave many of us in an unpleasant situation.
