The late analysis of the 45,000 casualties, after discounting Hamas fighters, intentional shields, misinformation and Hamas’ own errant artillery, the actual civilian death toll is under 10,000. Yes, it’s a lot, but peanuts compared to 1,000,000 in Ukraine and Russia.
Most of all, go back to the extremely dense population. It could easily be greater by a factor of 10 to 100 were Israel indiscriminate in pursuing its war with the Hamas terrorists. Give Israel all the credit for REDUCING casualties.
